Herringbone

The crawler pattern of our excavator is "herringbone". This kind of crawler walks smoothly without bumps, and the driver will be very comfortable to operate; Others’ crawler patterns are "T-shaped", it will be bumpy when the excavator walks, and the driver's operating experience is very bad.

Double-Plate Support

Our motor is fixed with double-plate support, which makes it very firm, it is not easy to loosen even if it collides;  while others’ walking motor is supported and fixed by a single plate when moving on rough terrain such as mud or stone road, the spindle is very easy to tilt, resulting in damage to the oil seal and internal structure. If not adjusted in time, their motor will fail after 6 months, while ours lasts 2.5 years.

The Fuse Box

There is a fuse box on a normal car. You can check it on your car. All our excavators (except 1 ton) have a fuse box, the electronic circuits are collected in there. Open the fuse box and check the place where the fuse is blown, you can easily find out where the line problem is, and facilitate maintenance.

50Mn Steel

Other suppliers use 42-gauge steel. 50 manganese steel has very good wear resistance and is mostly used in mountain quarrying equipment, for example, the breaking hammer is made of manganese steel. In addition, our slewing bearing adopts the technology of multiple quenching to make it soft inside and rigid outside. It is not easy to break, the interior is flexible, and the surface is particularly hard. No. 42 steel slewing bearing made by others has poor wear resistance. Once mishandled, the slewing bearing is easily broken and very difficult to repair. Our slewing bearing is $180 more expensive than theirs’

BM5 Rotary Motor

The rotary motor of our excavator is BM5, while other weight excavator uses BM2. BM5 is much larger than BM2. The corresponding flow rate of BM5 is 315ml/min, while that of BM2 is only 200ml/min. So our excavator rotates more sensitively, faster, and more comfortably to operate.

42CrMo Steel

Our rotary motor gears are in the form of splines, made of 42CrMo steel, using surface nitriding technology, with very high wear resistance. Others' motor gears are made of 45-gauge steel in the form of keys and keys. The key seams are large, the rotation is not smooth, and the wear resistance is not good. Generally, it will be damaged in 3-6 months.
